Commissioned painting deposits cover materials and the extra time it takes to hear and interpret your ideas into art. While this deposit is not refundable, if we cannot come to a final piece you are absolutely in love with, the deposit can be applied to any available works in my gallery.

You can expect progress photos along the way to ensure I’m on the right track. Your timely input is important :)
Once the piece has been approved by you, you will be billed for the remaining balance. Oil paint will need 4 weeks to dry. Can be picked up before that in travel/drying box provided by Katie.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. (If larger than 40x40" you will be contacted asap with shipping time as it will most likely need to be crated) - If paint is still wet, please allow up to 5 weeks drying time before your painting can be safely shipped. (You will be contacted with a ship date asap)

RETURN POLICY - Art may be returned within 7 days of delivery. You are just responsible for return shipping costs. Original packaging must be used and artwork undamaged.
